Open and free to the public, join Glenwood, Autism & Behavioral Health Center, and UAB’s School of Public Health for its Sixth Annual Endowed Lecture. Dr. Newschaffer will be discussing the history of epidemiologic research on autism including tracking trends in autism prevalence and which approaches make the most sense for autism research. He will also discuss how to be a smart 'consumer' of epidemiologic research findings on autism.

Join Glenwood, Autism & Behavioral Health Center, McWane Science Center, Mitchell's Place & Autism Society of Alabama for “Family Autism Night,” a night at McWane Science Center for children, adults and families on the Autism Spectrum. Tickets are $10 for non-members and $5 for members (includes all activities, exhibit hall admission, autism support resources and dinner).
